Darcie Conway, Community Association ManagerDarcie Conway holds a Community Association Manager certificate issued by the state of Nevada. She has been a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI). Darcie started her career in community management in 1999, working for a property management company for over 11 years. Darcie performed all aspects of community association management and specialized in the financial side of the business. She was also responsible for the day to day operations of the management company and overseeing the office employees. Darcie's strong leadership and organizational skills made it possible to be the heart beat of her past place of employment and continues the quality of work she requires of herself.
Ms. Conway's relationship with outside contractors, legal counsel and other professionals has always been expressed in the highest level of professionalism. She puts her clients' needs first and truly cares about the associations.
Ms. Conway's past employment was in the banking industry and was employed for 13 years as operating and branch manager VP. She moved to the Tahoe basin in 1995 with her husband and has one child. She has been active in the community and as a board member for several non-profit organizations:

Incline Village Nursery School, Treasurer
Incline Elementary School PTA, Treasurer
As required by the state of Nevada under NRS 116, Darcie is required to complete ongoing education.
Carolyn R. Treanor, Supervisor Community Association ManagerCarolyn R. Treanor, dba Treanor and Associates, is a professional community association management company. Ms. Treanor holds a Supervising Community Manager certificate (CAM-SUPR) issued by the state of Nevada for community association management as well as a National Board Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CMA) and is also a member of Community Association Institute (CAI). Carolyn began her career in community management in 1990 in the state of Virginia and moved to Nevada in 1993. Ms. Treanor is experienced in budgets, planning, organization, coordination, direction and control of all operational functions of association management. Carolyn possesses the strong leadership skills needed to supervise the administrative and staffing needs of homeowners associations (HOAs). Ms. Treanor has experience in providing recommendations for the adoption and execution of policies and procedures for, and on behalf of the Board of Directors and Committees and overseeing the supervision of subcontractors to ensure compliance and homeowners' satisfaction. Carolyn has the experience to know what it takes to ensure that an HOA is in compliance with all Association governing documents. Carolyn keeps up to date on the ever changing laws regarding NRS 116 which governs HOAs in the state of Nevada.
Ms. Treanor is also a Trustee for the Douglas County, Nevada Kingsbury General Improvement District, Stateline, NV. (3rd term). The District oversees the water, sewer, roads and snow removal for 2,200 residents in the district.

Todd Davidson, Business DevelopmentMr. Davidson provides senior business, management, and technology experience as well as financial backing. He has built and grown several companies in the areas of real estate, banking, and technology.
Maria Giangreco: Provisional Community Association ManagerMaria Giangreco holds a Provisional Community Association Manager certificate. She has worked in the industry for one year and has achieved a high level of responsibility and management skills. She has been responsible for the daily accounting operations of over 21 associations. The duties include receipt and posting of all operating and reserve assessments, delinquent and accounts in collections, invoicing and processing of desktop and ACH deposits. She has also assisted with property inspections, monthly financial reporting to the Board of Directors and one-on-one personal service with homeowners.
Maria's past experience includes over 5 years as an executive secretary and over 11 years as office manager of an exporting company. Maria came to the Incline area over 2 years ago with her husband and daughter.
Cassandra Fairchild: Provisional Community Association ManagerCassandra Fairchild graduated from Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village, Nevada. She grew up in Southern California but has been in Incline Village for many years now with her husband. She worked in banking for four years assisting clients with their financial needs. She also has past work experience in Rental Management and HOA Management. She has been with Integrity Property Management for over a year (since 2011). Her duties include account payables, financial statements, minutes & meetings, customer service, clerical work, and notifying owners of meetings and other items of importance, etc.
Jeff Flint: Building and Maintenance SupervisorJeff has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He specializes in finish work and supervision of employees. Jeff is responsible for handling all homeowner issues from the start and through the final walk through to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
Jeff has lived in the Reno area for over 30 years. He is married with two children and loves to ski, boat and spend time watching his children compete in various sporting events.
